El nombre del programa no es algo sacado de la manga..
Una vez, hace ya unos meses, caminando por las calles de Zaragoza (concretamente por el Coso) vi un cartel de un concierto para el 25 aniversario de Ligallo de Fablans. Fijandome en los grupos, me llamó mucho la atencion el ultimo; evidentemente, era Acido Folklorico, me gustó mucho el nombre y aunque no pude ir al concierto, se me quedó grabado en la memoria.Esta es una pequeña descripcion en Agenda Gaitera:

Desde siempre, me ha gustado el folk, aunque ese termino abarca muchos estilos y muy diferentes, asi que digamos que lo que mas me gusta es la gaita, ya sea aragonesa, asturiana, gallega, escocesa o irlandesa. Me empecé a interesar por la fusion entre lo que escuchaba entonces (y ahora) es decir el punk, y la musica con instrumentos tradicionales. Asi conocí a Konsumo Respeto, Obrint Pas, etc.. y desde entonces hasta hoy.
Buscando por internet, me encontre de pronto con un grupo llamado tambien Acido Folklorico, que son de Medellin (Colombia). Paradojicamente, su estilo es Punk/Oi!, aqui teneis su web:

No se si estan en activo aun, creo que no..
Asi que esa es la historia del nombre, tampoco tiene mucho misterio!
Sorprendentemente, he encontrado un grupo de folclore tradicional vasco, que tambien se llaman como este programa, aqui esta el video que hacen una cancion conjunta con un grupo galego:

The program's name has its own story...
Once upon a time, a few months ago, I was walking in Zaragoza's streets (Coso area to be more specific) and I saw a poster of a concert for the next Ligallo's 25th anniversary.
Paying attention to the bands, the last one on the list catched my eye; as you can imagine it was Acido Folklorico, I loved the name and although I couldn't go to the concert, I would never forget than name. That's a small description in the Bagpipe agenda:

I have always liked folk music, this type of music embraces lots of styles and very different, so let's say what I like the most is the bagpipe, no matter if it's from Aragon, Galicia, Scottish or Irish. I was interested in what I used to listen, that's punk music and traditional music. That's how I discoverd Konsumo Respeto, Obrint Pas, etc. until now.
